• Ensure schedules are met without ever sacrificing safety or quality.
• Promote respect, inclusion, and teamwork across all crews and disciplines.
• Be a visible, calm, and trusted leader during critical operations and high-risk activities.

10+ years of commercial construction field leadership, with significant experience as a Senior or General Superintendent.
