ECBuild, LLC seeks a Construction Superintendent to lead on-site teams in Richmond, VA. You will oversee all phases of a project, ensure safety compliance, manage schedules and look-ahead plans, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and inspectors to meet owner expectations.

You will mentor staff, manage a $5M-$10M portfolio, and drive QA/QC efforts while maintaining project timelines and budgets. Travel to various locations is required; OSHA 30 and GMP familiarity are preferred.

Qualificações

• 5–7 years combined experience in Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent roles.
• Willingness to travel and work at multiple locations.
• OSHA 30 Hour Certified.
• Familiarity with GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Excellent time management and high attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Proficient with Bluebeam.
• Familiar with Primavera P6 or MS Project scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Develops a schedule and cost-effective plan for completion of an assigned project.
• Coordinates and schedules the work activities of tradespeople, professionals, and laborers, communicating to and via project foreperson to deliver instructions and project assignments as appropriate.
• Prepares construction schedules and look ahead schedules.
• Regularly inspects work for quality and timeliness; prepares and provides progress reports; makes recommendations for necessary modifications.
• Collaborates and coordinates with architect, engineer, inspection agencies, Owner's representatives and other pertinent stakeholders to ensure the project intent and Owner expectations are met.
• Ensures the contract documents and code requirements are followed.
• Ensures all required permits are obtained by the appropriate parties.
• Leads the Quality Control/Quality Assurance efforts.
• Completes Daily Reports and ensures subcontractors complete daily reports.
• Prepared site logistics planning.
• Conducts weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and assures 4-week look ahead schedule is prepared and accurate.
• Manages all aspects of project safety.
• Mentors subordinate team members.
• Leads the construction team and manages Assistant Superintendent(s).
• Manages projects in the $5M-$10M range.
