Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years minimum or 13+ years education/experience in construction.
• DOE O 426.2A requirements with high school diploma and nuclear experience preferred.
• Experience with craft supervisory functions on field construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise direct-hire craft professionals to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Schedule work, monitor tasks, and coordinate with Facilities; enforce CLA rules.
• Develop cost and schedule estimates; prepare change notices and as-built drawings.
• Coach and develop craft supervisors; manage time, reports, and incident investigations.
