Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Superintendant to oversee field construction on a large project. You will organize work, plan site logistics, and coordinate with owners, architects and engineers to meet deadlines and budgets.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree plus extensive building construction experience, with strong knowledge of BIM, Lean, scheduling software, and cost control. On-site leadership and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of four years' related training and at least 15 years of building construction experience required.
• Proficient in building systems, codes, cost control, and contract documents.
• Proficient with scheduling software; capable of BIM and Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers for daily construction activities.
• Lead, supervise and develop Superintendents and staff; participate in performance appraisals.
• Develop site logistics, schedules, and manage critical path to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Ensure safety, ethics, and compliance per Turner standards.
• Manage billing, WIP, and subcontractor payments; ensure conformance to contract documents.
