Job summary

The Beck Group seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on integrated design-build projects in Austin, TX. You will organize field staff, implement safety programs, and drive scheduling, quality, and cost control to ensure economical and safe execution of work.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of field coordination, a relevant college degree, and familiarity with Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, and Revit.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of field coordination or relevant commercial construction experience.
• College graduate with a relevant degree.
• Experience with Synchro, Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC and Revit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project logistics plans, QA programs, safety plans, and excavation methods.
• Review project financial information with the Project Manager and manage building processes.
• Collaborate with design and operations to ensure constructability and timely scheduling.
• Lead subcontractor planning and bid-package development; manage schedules weekly.
