Snelling Staffing seeks an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on commercial construction and movement/relocation projects. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong coordination of subcontractors and crews, and a focus on safety, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Experience with movement/relocation logistics is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on commercial and movement/relocation projects.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, onsite personnel, and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and client requirements.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient workflow.
• Prepare daily reports, track progress, and communicate project status to management.
