Job summary

Valcourt Group in Bradenton, FL is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope projects. You will manage field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, ensure compliance with plans and safety standards, and monitor progress and quality.

This role requires OSHA 30 certification and strong leadership, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Experience as Superintendent, General Foreman, or Foreman preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Night shift: 11pm–7am.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics.
• Ensure work meets plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, safety, and productivity.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, general contractors, consultants, and engineers.
• Maintain daily reports and assist with RFIs, change orders, inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
