Job summary

You will read blueprints, coordinate schedules, maintain safety standards, and ensure quality across all phases, while communicating clearly with clients, team members and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years construction experience with at least 2 years as an Assistant Superintendent.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications and perform advanced layout.
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
• Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a licensed driver with reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to effectively schedule and coordinate projects
• General knowledge and ability to use small tools
• Basic Knowledge of Different Contract Types
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Salaried Position

Responsibilities

• Utilize project management processes and coordinate on-site activities.
• Lead subcontractors, foremen and craft workers to meet safety, quality and schedule goals.
• Attend and participate in company and project meetings; maintain daily coordination.
• Maintain all project documentation, including daily reports and logs.
• Ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness and proper PPE usage.
• Participate in pre-construction activities and kickoff meetings.
• Communicate with Project Manager and owner representatives to resolve issues.
