Healtheon, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee field construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

You will lead site teams, manage safety programs, and ensure compliance with permits, insurance, and contract documents, reporting to the Project Manager. A Bachelor's in construction or related field and OSHA 30 are required, with at least eight years of building experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in construction related field with extensive field experience.
• OSHA 30 required; strong knowledge of safety processes and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Liaise with owners/architects/engineers for day-to-day construction activities.
• Develop and implement project schedules, identify critical path, and expedite critical materials and equipment.
• Lead, supervise, and develop field staff and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
• Ensure ethics and compliance requirements are followed at all times.
• Support Project Manager and Project Engineer in securing guarantees, warranties and service agreements.
• Maintain daily records for billing reviews and project reporting.
• Assist safety officer in managing site safety program and subcontractor compliance.
• Manage labor relations and oversee payment applications and change orders.
