Job summary

Healtheon is seeking a Construction Superintendent to supervise field construction, coordinate scheduling, and manage subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality. You will report to the Project Manager and ensure safety, budget adherence, and effective communication with stakeholders.

This on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management (or related) with extensive field experience, OSHA 30, and knowledge of Primavera

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 8+ years of building construction experience.
• Thorough knowledge of drawings, specs, means and methods; cost control and basic accounting.
• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Experience with Primavera scheduling and CMiC project management software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with owners, architects, and engineers for day-to-day field activities.
• Develop and implement project work schedules identifying the critical path and expediting materials.
• Supervise field staff and ensure performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with ethics and safety standards at all times.
• Maintain records for monthly billing and project progress reporting.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to manage billing, estimates, and subcontractor payments.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure work aligns with contract documents and quality standards.
