You will mentor craft workers, enforce safety protocols, and manage site reporting, timekeeping, and cost documentation to keep projects on track and within budget.

• Maintain rigorous quality control by identifying hazards and resolving obstacles during execution.
• Manage administrative site requirements including progress reporting, time tracking, and cost code documentation.
• Facilitate incident investigations and root cause analysis to promote safety improvements.
