Job summary

ACC Recruiters is seeking a Project Manager to oversee concrete construction projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, field crews, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality.

The role requires concrete construction knowledge, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional construction industry experience.
• Prior concrete construction experience is required.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and apply construction drawings and specs.
• Experience coordinating with Superintendents, Foremen, field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update comprehensive project schedules.
• Coordinate with clients to establish achievable schedules and milestones.
• Plan site logistics, sequencing, and project phasing with field leadership.
• Monitor costs, labor productivity, and change orders to protect budget and profitability.
• Review drawings and specifications to understand project requirements.
