Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Safety Manager for our Boston region to develop, implement, and maintain the safety program across multiple job sites. You will promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with CCC policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

5+ years of construction safety experience, preferably on large commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Construction Standards.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification is required.
Professional certifications such as CHST, ASP, CSP are a plus.
Experience developing JHAs, SSSPs, and Fall Protection Plans.
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

Maintain and apply company safety policies and create site-specific safety plans.
Visit job sites regularly to ensure OSHA and company standards compliance.
Lead JSA reviews and Jobsite Gym activities.
Run safety trainings and meetings at multiple levels of operations.
Investigate incidents and near misses; produce detailed root-cause analyses.
Ensure PPE and fall protection systems are properly used and maintained.
Coordinate with superintendents to plan safe means/methods for high-risk activities.
Prepare safety documentation and maintain OSHA logs and training records.
