Job summary

LMC Corporation is seeking a Project Manager with JOC experience to lead construction initiatives in Houston, TX. You will own projects end-to-end, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors and vendors.

Ideal candidates will have Line Item Estimating expertise, strong leadership, and familiarity with PM tools like RS Means or Gordian. A bachelor’s in a related field is preferred; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction projects with JOC.
• Expertise in Line Item Estimating.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Familiar with PM tools such as RS Means or Gordian.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and close-out.
• Perform Line Item Estimating and ensure accurate pricing for JOC and other contract types.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Monitor budgets and expenses to drive profitability.
• Review and approve vendor/subcontractor payables and submit monthly invoices.
• Visit sites regularly to confirm quality, safety, and progress.
• Solve problems quickly and keep stakeholders in the loop with clear updates.
