Job summary

LMC Corporation is seeking a Project Manager with JOC experience to lead construction initiatives from planning through close-out. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on point.

You will perform line-item estimating, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, monitor profitability, review payables, and visit sites to verify quality and safety. PMP is a plus and a degree in construction management or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects with JOC exposure.
• Strong Line Item Estimating and pricing accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Familiar with PM tools like RS Means or Gordian.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and close-out.
• Perform Line Item Estimating and ensure accurate pricing for JOC and other contracts.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor budgets and expenses to drive profitability.
• Review and approve payables and submit monthly invoices.
• Visit sites regularly to confirm quality, safety, and progress.
• Solve problems quickly and keep stakeholders in the loop with clear updates.
