Qualifications

• Maryland Class C Noncommercial driver's license and Baltimore City permit eligibility; provisional licenses not acceptable.
• Upload a copy of a valid driver's license with the application.
• Background check and mandatory six-month probation for selected candidates.
• Education credentials from outside the US must be evaluated for US equivalency.
