Job summary

IPS - Integrated Project Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Construction Project Scheduler/Planner to join our onsite team in Worcester, MA. You will develop, progress, and forecast all phases of the project schedule using cutting-edge scheduling practices and software, coordinating with engineering, procurement, cost, and construction teams to deliver Capital Projects.

You will baseline schedules, monitor progress and variances, and provide leadership in planning across the EPCQ lifecycle.

Qualifications

BS degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, or related field.
7+ years of construction planner/scheduler experience on facilities capital projects.
Proficiency in CPM, Last Planner, 4D scheduling and related methods.

Responsibilities

Develop, progress, and forecast all phases of the project schedule using current industry practices and software.
Provide planning leadership and integrate with engineering, procurement, cost, technical & construction disciplines for reporting.
Develop, monitor, and update EPCQ life cycle schedules.
Baseline schedules and document the basis for approval.
Monitor progress, deviations, and variances and assess impacts to critical paths.
Analyze schedule data from partners to verify durations and logic.
Integrate into an overall master schedule and maintain credibility of the data.
Generate earned value, SPI, CPI, and other schedule performance metrics.
