Job summary

MGC Contractors, Inc. is seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Utah Division in the Provo area.

This full-time role focuses on coordinating with field and office teams to manage costs, bids, and relationships with owners and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have eight years of field construction experience, a degree in construction management or related field, and strong proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor degree in Construction Management or related Program required.
• At least eight (8) years of construction field experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Effective Communication Skills both oral and written, and quick response time to inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics plan.
• Oversee the pay request process.
• Monitor project costs and job cost report.
• Analyze and forecast total cost projections.
• Monitor project labor.
• Review and approve material and equipment needs.
• Assist in estimating when bidding projects.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with owners, vendors, subcontractors.
• Any and all other duties assigned.
