Job summary

Marand Builders, Inc is seeking a dynamic General Contractor Project Manager to guide construction projects from inception to completion. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and stakeholder communications across healthcare, financial services, commercial and light-industrial sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• ≥5 years in commercial construction, overseeing ground-up projects in healthcare/financial/light industrial.
• Ability to manage 2+ projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office/Outlook; able to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget, contracts, invoices, and schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and resolve conflicts.
• Organize and distribute project documents.
• Create and update project schedules.
• Expedite deliveries to meet the project schedule.
• Maintain cost control data and prepare reports.
• Maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and employees.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings.
• Oversee LEED requirements implementation.
• Administer shop drawings, submittals, subcontracts/purchase orders, and related documents.
• Review shop drawings for contract compliance.
• Complete subcontractor payment/invoice processing.
