Job summary

Marand Builders Inc. is seeking a dynamic General Contractor Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from inception to completion across multiple sites in the southeastern US.

The ideal candidate will have a construction management or related degree, 5+ years in commercial healthcare construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with travel up to 30%. Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in commercial construction, healthcare sector experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project budget, write contracts, approve invoices and update the project schedule.
• Coordinate among subcontractors and help resolve issues or conflicts.
• Organize, process, and distribute pertinent project documents.
• Create the project schedule and maintain cost control data.
• Expedite documents and material/equipment deliveries to meet the schedule.
• Develop short interval schedules for weekly coordination meetings.
• Conduct LEED requirements tracking and ensure safety compliance.
