Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of field supervisory experience preferred.
• Successful completion of company training and role-specific development coursework is required.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities at the job site and provide oversight and supervision.
• Contact and schedule Subcontractors to meet project needs.
• Ensure work is performed efficiently, achieving maximum productivity.
• Attend Owner/Architect/Engineer meetings as requested by the Project Manager.
• Write weekly reports and conduct progress reviews with subcontractors.
