Job summary

Methuen Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects from budgeting through execution. You will coordinate with estimating, supervision, and executives to ensure on-time delivery, safety compliance, and financial performance.

Responsibilities include refining budgets, developing schedules, negotiating major subcontracts, and guiding a team of professionals to drive project success across multiple $15–$100M projects annually.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Experience with Timberline PM Software is highly preferred.
• Experience with scheduling software and logic is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage project budgets established by estimating and adjust with input from leadership.
• Develop preliminary and updated project schedules with input from superintendents and leaders.
• Oversee procurement of major equipment/materials and subcontractor agreements.
• Monitor progress, safety, quality, and contract compliance across multiple projects.
