Job summary

Methuen Construction is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee complex construction projects in the Northeast. This full-time, exempt role reports to the Project Executive and requires strong budget control, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.

You will develop budgets and schedules, coordinate with executives and field teams, and ensure safety, compliance, and timely delivery on projects valued up to tens of millions. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 7–10 years of construction management experience in large projects.
• Experience with Timberline PM Software highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and modify project budgets established by estimating.
• Develop preliminary job schedules and update monthly.
• Oversee subcontractor agreements and procurement of major equipment.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and cost reports weekly.
• Visit jobsites to review safety, progress, and quality.
• Manage changes, claims, and communications with owner representatives.
• Mentor superintendents and report to Project Executive.
