Methuen Construction Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects. This full-time, salaried-exempt role reports to the Project Executive and requires oversight of multiple teammates and project budgets up to $100M.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor negotiations, and ensuring safety compliance on job sites. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and significant construction experience are required.

Competenze

• 7–10 years of construction industry experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• Experience with Timberline PM Software highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Review and modify the original job budget established by the estimating department.
• Review budget with Superintendent and VP of Operations for input and revisions.
• Develop a preliminary job schedule for the project.
• Update job schedule at least monthly with input from superintendent.
• Manage execution of contracts, bonds, insurance certificates, and compliance.
