Job summary

BB&E is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Honolulu District, for planning and development of FY27 projects on-site in Honolulu, HI.

The role requires senior PM experience in DoD or government contracting and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams. Candidates should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) or more years of total relevant experience.
• At least three (3) years in the construction industry performing project planning, program analysis, or project controls.
• One (1) year or more in a U.S. Government or DoD contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist PPMD in planning and project development for each Program by coordinating projects and the PDT.
• Prepare and maintain project management plans.
• Provide cost tracking and documentation support.
• Compile documentation for project site approval by the Government.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and identify as a contractor at all times.
• Provide administrative and support duties as required.
