Job summary

McClellands Roofing & Contracting is seeking an experienced Exterior Construction Project Manager to oversee roofing and exterior projects from start to finish. You’ll be the main contact for homeowners, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery across multiple sites.

This fast-paced role offers hourly pay based on experience and a Monday–Friday schedule with some Saturdays during peak season.

Qualifications

• Prior construction or project management experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work overtime when needed
• Comfortable working Monday-Friday with most Saturdays during busy periods

Responsibilities

• Oversee roofing and exterior construction projects to ensure quality, safety, and timelines are met
• Communicate regularly with homeowners to provide updates and address questions
• Coordinate schedules with suppliers, crews, and teammates
• Manage materials, timelines, and project progress
• Problem-solve on the fly and keep projects moving efficiently
