Liberty Electric is seeking a Project Manager to lead major infrastructure projects across the Pacific Northwest. You will guide planning, budgeting, and execution, coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and clients to deliver on time and within scope.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, mentoring teams, and upholding safety and quality standards while driving profitable project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction management (electrical/public works preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; Construction Management degree or equivalent experience valued.
• Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong financial and analytical skills; proficient in MS Office; COINS experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from planning to closeout with field crews, subcontractors, and clients.
• Develop budgets, cost codes, and billing schedules.
• Lead and motivate project teams to deliver safe, high-quality work.
• Coordinate look-ahead schedules with foremen.
• Manage subcontractors—negotiate scope, price, and schedule.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Communicate daily on schedules and change orders.
