RELATED is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Chicago to oversee large construction projects and ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities include project management from preconstruction through to closeout, leading teams, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, coupled with 5-12 years of experience in construction and demonstrated leadership abilities. The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000.

• Strong understanding of construction contracts and subcontract administration.
