Summary of Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee construction projects from planning through completion

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial or residential projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
