Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction or similar environments.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of building codes, contracts, and administration.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, change orders, and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, cost control, QA, and field activities.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout the project.
• Prepare and monitor schedules, budgets, cost reports, change orders, and progress billings.
• Administer contracts, subcontractor agreements, and project documentation.
• Lead meetings and coordinate with project engineers, superintendents, and field staff.
• Ensure compliance with codes, specs, safety standards, and company policies.
• Identify risks, conflicts, budget variances, and construction issues and address them.
