B2 Constructors, LLC in Marietta, GA is seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead complex industrial and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout and commissioning.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PM experience on large projects, a degree in construction management or related field, proficiency with MS Project/Primavera, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage safety, quality, cost, and schedule.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $500,000 with multiple trades and vendors.

Mansioni

• Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout and commissioning.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and submit schedules, SOV, Accident Prevention Plans, and QC Plans.
• Review drawings/specs to become SME on project scope.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cost control; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Prepare final payments and closeout documentation.
