Job summary

RockBridge Search seeks an experienced Project Manager to join a respected construction team in Salt Lake City. This role demands leadership, clear communication, disciplined planning, and financial awareness to keep projects progressing to the finish line.

The PM will own projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with clients, owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, contracts, budgeting, and project administration.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to build productive relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure safe, efficient work aligned with contract requirements.
• Review plans and contracts to identify conflicts and clarifications.
• Manage budgets, change orders, pay apps, billing, and reporting.
• Lead subcontractor and vendor coordination, procurement, scheduling, and performance.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
• Monitor progress and address scheduling, budget, quality, and coordination concerns.
• Participate in project meetings and provide clear updates on status and milestones.
