• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Advanced contract management knowledge.
• Familiar with AIA contracts and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from preconstruction to closeout.
• Supervise project teams including engineers and field staff.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulators.
• Develop and monitor budgets and schedules.
• Prepare and review cost estimates and change orders.
