Job summary

RQC, LLC is hiring a Senior Construction Project Engineer for Kings Bay, Georgia. The role supports field operations on active military base projects, helping with planning, design, scheduling, and closeout.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and safety staff, require a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and bring Project Engineer experience. Proficiency in MS Office and industry software is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combinations of field experience and training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet applications required.
• Previous experience as a Project Engineer required.
• Familiarity with Primavera P3/P6, Viewpoint, BIM, and Revit preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications required (training available if needed).
• LEED Green Associate credential is a plus.
• QCM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all stages of commercial construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Coordinate schedules, organize workflows, track progress, and maintain effective communication among the team.
• On larger projects, assume additional project management duties based on experience and skill.
