RQC, LLC is hiring a Senior Construction Project Engineer for Kings Bay, Georgia. The role supports field operations on active military base projects, helping with planning, design, scheduling, and closeout.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and safety staff, require a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and bring Project Engineer experience. Proficiency in MS Office and industry software is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combinations of field experience and training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet applications required.
• Previous experience as a Project Engineer required.
• Familiarity with Primavera P3/P6, Viewpoint, BIM, and Revit preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour certifications required (training available if needed).
• LEED Green Associate credential is a plus.
• QCM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Senior Construction Project Engineer - Naval Station Kings Bay, Georgia

Founded in 1996, RQC, LLC has built a strong reputation as a key contributor to Southern California's commercial and government Design-Build construction industry. Based in Carlsbad, California, we operate as a full-service Design-Build firm, delivering projects across the United States through dedicated field teams assigned to each jobsite.

RQC is currently hiring a Senior Construction Project Engineers to join our Field Operations team at Kings Bay, in Georgia.

In this role, the Project Engineer will assist with all stages of commercial construction projects, from early planning and design through project closeout. Responsibilities typically include supporting project administration, coordinating schedules, organizing workflows, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication among team members. On larger projects, Project Engineers may take on additional project management duties depending on their experience, skill set, and overall capabilities. Project Engineers collaborate closely with a range of construction professionals, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Quality Control Managers, and Site Safety and Health Officers.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary range: $75,000-$95,000 annually, based on experience
