Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the construction management team, promoting consistent application of best practices, safety standards, project planning, and project execution.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve construction management processes, procedures, templates, and reporting tools to support standardized and efficient program delivery.
• Conduct regular site visits to active construction projects to observe construction activities and document progress, safety, quality, environmental, and constructability observations for reporting purposes.
• Participate in project kickoff meetings, construction meetings, and other project coordination activities.
• Support the development of pre-construction sequencing plans and outage plans.
