Job summary

Bosun is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for its Minden, NV facility. The role oversees prefabricated/modular building projects, coordinating across customers, designers, and production teams from contract handoff through closeout.

The ideal candidate will manage scope, budget, schedule, and documentation while communicating with stakeholders and ensuring site readiness for delivery and installation. This is an on-site, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction Project Management experience.
• Experience managing scope, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Experience working with plans, specs, submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of assigned projects from contract handoff to closeout.
• Coordinate across customers, contractors, designers, production teams, and vendors.
• Establish schedules, milestones, and priorities; monitor budget and quality.
