Job summary

LeoForce, a Macomb-based general contractor, seeks a Lead Project Manager to drive delivery from precon through closeout on sophisticated commercial and institutional builds. You will coordinate with clients, subs, and internal teams to safeguard schedule, cost, and quality on high-profile projects.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of PM experience in commercial/structural GC, plus familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of PM experience in commercial/structural GC environments.
• Track record managing vertical concrete projects preferred.
• Experience with scheduling tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from precon through closeout on complex commercial and institutional builds.
• Ensure client satisfaction, cost control, and team coordination.
