Clune Construction seeks a skilled Project Manager to oversee multi-project coordination from budgeting through closeout. You will drive RFP responses, prepare budgets, and collaborate with superintendents and trade partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, cost control, and client relationship management across all project phases in a commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in construction project management; 2–3 years in commercial construction.
• Experience with commercial GC environments and all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFP responses, develop presentations, and participate in pricing pitches.
• Coordinate with superintendents and trade partners; ensure effective communication with design teams.
• Prepare budgets, bids, scope reviews, and monitor cost and change pricing.
• Support client relations and business development to maintain project financial goals.
• Oversee project closeout, documentation, and owner handover.
