Job summary

Gridworks, a leading EPC contractor for utility‑scale solar and renewable energy projects in the United States, seeks a seasoned Project Manager. You will lead all phases from planning through closeout, coordinating with engineering, procurement, construction, and finance to achieve safety, quality, and schedule milestones.

This role requires 5+ years of construction PM experience, strong electrical systems knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems for utility solar PV and BESS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with exceptional organization and detail orientation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Develop execution strategies, logistics plans, and cross-team communication protocols.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and finance to meet safety, quality, and production milestones.
• Manage project finances through cost tracking, forecasting, invoicing, and change control.
• Foster client, subcontractor, and internal team relationships to ensure project delivery with transparency and trust.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.
• Oversee weekly leadership meetings to review progress and risk.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and staff for growth.
• Oversee closeout activities including punch lists and documentation.
