Job summary

Moss is looking for a BESS Senior Electrical Superintendent to manage major solar projects across the United States. In this role, you will coordinate field execution and supervise subordinate superintendents, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

You will be responsible for multi-state project management, supporting team performance, and developing best practices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, along with substantial experience in electrical construction.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as the General Superintendent on utility scale solar/bess projects.
• Journeyman or masters license in electrical best practices.
• STS-C Certification or ability to obtain within 6 months after hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple utility scale solar/bess projects.
• Support and mentor direct reports and manage performance reviews.
• Create, distribute, and enforce best practices for Electrical Field Operations.
