Job summary

First America Homes, a private Houston-based homebuilder and a division of The Signorelli Company, seeks a Construction Manager to oversee all phases of new home construction in assigned communities.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring schedules and budgets, conducting homebuyer walk-throughs, and supervising trainees. Minimum 2 years of new home building experience preferred.

• Minimum 2 years new home building experience preferred.
• New home construction experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete homebuilding process within an assigned community or geographic area.
• Supervise and mentor field staff, coordinating trade contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to production timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Enforce company policies and quality standards throughout all phases of construction.
• Address and resolve homeowner warranty requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain clear, courteous communication with homebuyers and with the corporate office.
