Job summary

First America Homes, a Signorelli Company, is hiring Construction Managers to oversee new home builds from permitting through closing in assigned subdivisions. You will schedule trade contractors, coordinate homebuyer walkthroughs, and ensure work meets quality standards and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years new home building experience preferred.
• Natural born leader of both people and process.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and schedules.
• Strong sense of urgency and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assuming overall responsibility for the construction of homes in a specified community and/or town.
• Managing assistants and guiding and directing trade contractors and suppliers.
• Adhering to production schedules, contractor schedules and cost control policies and procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and processes.
• Completing all warranty requests for current homeowners in a timely fashion.
• Communicating effectively with customers.
• Maintaining open and effective communication with the home office.
