Job summary

First America Homes, a private Houston-based homebuilder and a division of The Signorelli Company, builds new homes across Greater Houston.

As Construction Manager you will oversee all phases of new home construction, manage schedules, budgets, and quality, and coordinate subcontractors and homebuyer walkthroughs.

You will mentor trainees, enforce standards, and maintain clear communication with homeowners and the corporate office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years new home building experience preferred
• New home construction experience required
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships across the organization

Responsibilities

• Oversee the homebuilding process within an assigned community or geographic area
• Supervise field assistants and trade contractors
• Ensure production timelines and cost-control procedures
