Job summary

EBA Engineering, Inc. in Virginia seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead complex transportation and heavy civil projects, oversee field teams, budgets, schedules, and contract administration.

The ideal candidate has CCM and a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, 8+ years of related experience, and strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with contractors, stakeholders, and design teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field
• CCM credential required or equivalent
• 8+ years of construction management/infrastructure experience
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and document control
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities, inspection, and quality control
• Manage project personnel, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate with contractors, design teams, and stakeholders
• Lead pre-construction and progress meetings
• Review project documentation for compliance and payments
• Monitor safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
