Qualifications

• 5+ years on civil heavy/highway projects required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Seasoned project management with budget control.

Responsibilities

• Plan and formulate civil construction projects per requirements.
• Manage budgets, margins, and cost/income projections.
• Develop schedules with realistic timelines.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with specs.
• Oversee safety policies and site operations.
• Prepare project documentation and reports for upper management.
• Coordinate with field management to resolve issues.
• Conduct weekly team meetings and financial reviews.
• Review contracts and subcontracts for compliance.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
