EBA Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee complex infrastructure projects in the Virginia area.

You will manage construction activities, budgets, schedules, documentation, and contract administration while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders on transportation and heavy civil work. The role requires leading field teams, conducting inspections and materials testing, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Formación

• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading heavy civil/infrastructure projects.
• Ability to conduct constructability and cost/schedule analyses.
• Strong written and verbal communication for coordination with clients and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction activities, project personnel, inspection, materials testing, documentation, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to meet contract requirements.
• Lead field teams on transportation and heavy civil projects.
• Review plans, identify constructability issues, and recommend changes.
• Prepare project management correspondence and monitor progress.
