EBA Engineering, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead complex transportation and heavy civil projects in the Virginia area.

You will oversee construction activities, budgets, schedules, and contract administration while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, CCM certification, and strong leadership and communication skills to guide field teams and ensure compliance with plans and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant construction management, inspection, or heavy civil/infrastructure experience.
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential.
• Proven experience managing heavy civil or infrastructure construction projects, including construction site supervision.
• Ability to conduct constructability and biddability reviews and perform cost and schedule analyses.
• Ability to supervise and manage project staff and employee work groups.
• Ability to interpret roadway and bridge plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.

• Providing project management and construction-related consultation as assigned.
• Analyzing project plans and specs to evaluate constructability and identify issues.
