Job summary

Quest Oracle Community is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support large heavy civil infrastructure programs including highways, bridges, transit, and water projects. You will oversee an assigned package from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring work complies with plans and contract requirements while managing cost, schedule, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in construction management for large heavy-civil projects.
• Experience overseeing contractor performance for owner/agency.
• Experience administering construction contracts (submittals, RFI, change orders).
• Ability to review CPM schedules for critical path and delays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance on assigned packages from preconstruction through closeout.
• Administer construction contracts and maintain complete records for audit/claims.
• Evaluate change proposals and pricing for entitlement, cost impact, schedule impact.
• Review baseline schedules and quantify delays and changes.
• Coordinate QA/QC, safety, and environmental compliance.
