Buena Vista Construction Company (BVCC) at Walt Disney World is seeking a Construction Manager to lead a multifaceted portfolio of major projects. You will guide the Construction Management team, align scope, schedule, budget, and execution, and collaborate with clients, operations teams, vendors, and project partners across a world-class destination.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of experience in construction management, project leadership, or related field.
• Progressive track record with increasing responsibilities.
• Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles.
• Experience managing large, technically complex commercial construction projects.
• Understanding of building codes and union trade agreements.
• Strong financial acumen for budgets and risk planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Construction Management team through major projects and a multi-million-dollar portfolio.
• Develop and negotiate subcontractor and vendor agreements.
• Coordinate with estimating, scheduling, and resourcing to implement plans.
• Present project progress to senior leadership and manage project metrics.
• Guide teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.
